Responsibilities
- In charge for account payable
- Perform verification of the invoices
- Dealing with vendors on payment matters
- Keep track on item purchase by departments, identify any increase in prices and any irregularity spending
Qualifications and Experiences
- Fresh graduates with Finance/Account background are encouraged to apply
- 1-2 years of experience would be an advantage
- Outgoing and pleasant
- Fast learner, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and highly motivated
- Analytical skills
